The tensile strength of products produced by pultrusion process is higher than that of ordinary steel. The resin layer on the surface makes it have good corrosion resistance, and it is the best product to replace steel in projects with corrosive environment.

Pultrusion Production Process

Pultrusion process is a method to continuously produce composite profiles. It includes roving impregnated with untwisted glass fiber and other continuous reinforcing materials, polyester surface felt, etc. On the creel with resin, a forming die with a certain cross-sectional shape is then used and solidified in the die before continuous extrusion, thus forming an automatic production process of pultruded products.
