Product Description

Pultruded glass fiber reinforced plastic grille is a kind of plate with gaps, which is made of pultruded "I" T-shaped profiles as bearing strips and solid pipes or bars as connecting rods through a certain assembly process.

Pultruded fiberglass grating has most of the characteristics of molded fiberglass grating, and therefore has significant differences. The most important point is that the load-bearing rods have a high glass fiber content (65% -70%). Therefore, compared with plastic fiberglass grating, it is more advantageous to use at large spans, which reduces foundation support and lowers engineering costs.

We can provide all kinds of composite FRP profile products, such as FRP pipes, FRP round pipes, FRP rectangular pipes, FRP crossarm, FRP angle steel, FRP bars and so on. special shapes can be customized.

Our company has a total of 12 production lines for fiberglass pultruded profiles, among which the pultruded pipes are integrated with pultrusion and winding processes, with thin walls and high strength. The process technology has obtained national patents.
 
Our Pultrusion profiles used in UHV (ultra-high voltage) field, which can be used for a long time at a high temperature of 130 ºC, and have no breakdown at a high voltage of 1500KV.

Lightweight
The fiberglass pultruded grating weight only about a quarter of its original weight, making it very easy to transport and reducing transportation costs.

High intensity
The extruded grille has a very high strength to weight ratio, with resin accounting for approximately 35% and fiberglass accounting for 65% by weight.

UV resistance
The extruded grille is formulated with anti UV agents and polyester surface felt to achieve the best anti UV effect.

Typically, it can reach V1 grade, and the highest level is V0 grade.
