Among these resins, vinyl ester is used in the production of FRP car wash grate that are suitable for aggressive environments and critical applications. Vinyl ester based FRP square grating are resistant to a wide range of chemicals, UV radiation, and fire.

Products Resin

The benzene, toluene, and vinyl ester resins used in the manufacture of GRP molded grating are of high quality and ensure long-lasting performance. The benzene and toluene resins are useful for non-critical applications, while the vinyl ester resin is preferred for critical applications.    

Benzene-based frp roof walkway grating are suitable for use in non-critical applications where high durability is not essential.FRP car wash grate are ideal for use in equipment platforms, walkways, and trench covers. They are lightweight, easy to install, and require minimal maintenance.

Production process

 

1.Mixing ingredients Resin, glass fiber yarn, calcium powder filler, color paste, reagents, etc. are arranged in proportion, and stirred for 20 minutes.	2.Draw yarn Lay the alkali-free yarn layer by layer to increase the strength of the FRP grating.
3.Compression mold    The stirred raw materials are poured into the mold and compacted mechanically or manually.	4.Heat curing After heating the FRP grid for 20 minutes, the raw materials and fiberglass sand are fused together.
5.Cooling demoulding, mold lifting After the above process is completed, cool for 10 minutes to demould, and the mold is removed, and the semi-finished FRP Trench Grid is completed.	6.Grinding, painting and washing The gfrp grating is polished and washed with a layer of varnish or water.
