Production Process

Step 3: Vacuum Treatment. The mixture is vacuum-treated to remove any trapped air, which can cause bubbles and imperfections in the final product.
Step 4: Molding. The mixture is molded into the desired shape using a process called pultrusion. Pultrusion is a manufacturing process for producing continuous lengths of fiberglass reinforced polymer structural shapes. The process involves pulling a collection of materials, such as fiberglass, through a shaping die using a mechanically-driven process. This process leads to the development of a uniform structure.
Step 5: Curing. The molded fiberglass roof sheet is cured in an oven at a high temperature for a specific period. The curing process takes place to create a thermosetting structure and generate a rigid shape.
Step 6: Trimming and Cutting. After curing, the fiberglass roof sheet is trimmed and cut to achieve the desired shape and size.
Step 7: Quality Testing. The final product is subjected to a series of quality tests to ensure that it meets industry standards and specifications.
