Product Description
The fiberglass reinforced plastic cross arm is a new type of glass fiber based power equipment, which is impregnated with resin through thermosetting of the mold. It is widely used in overhead insulated lines to make various switches, arresters and other fixed crossbar switches.
We can also provide all kinds of composite FRP profile products, such as FRP pipes, FRP round pipes, FRP rectangular pipes, FRP U-shaped grooves, FRP angle steel, FRP I-beams, FRP bars and so on. special shapes can be customized.
Our company has a total of 12 production lines for fiberglass pultruded profiles, among which the pultruded pipes are integrated with pultrusion and winding processes, with thin walls and high strength. The process technology has obtained national patents.
Our Pultrusion profiles used in UHV (ultra-high voltage) field, which can be used for a long time at a high temperature of 130 ºC, and have no breakdown at a high voltage of 1500KV.

1. The surface is made of polyester surface felt to improve the anti-aging property of the product;
2. There is a polyurethane foaming agent in the tube to increase the strength of the cross arm and prevent rainwater penetration;
3. The rectangular tube has plastic caps at both ends.

It is a major user of extruded fiberglass reinforced plastic, successfully applied in cooling tower brackets, offshore oil production equipment platforms, walking grilles, stair handrails and brackets, etc
